Most of the processes starting with the reservation through the future sales and purchase agreement up to the core legal document – sales and purchase agreement (SPA) could be signed digitally through our trusted verification provider (with some exceptions outside the EU). There of course will be some documents that need to be delivered to your hand. In such a case, our legal department will engage the courier service that will bring the package to your doorstep and once you read and signed the documents, you just notify us, and we’ll send the courier to pick the set at your most convenient place. We also offer a video call where we can discuss the details of the process with your dedicated lawyer to explain until the very last detail of each contract that will be signed.
